Cross Walk - Sunday at First Lutheran

Faith formation for children, tiny tots - 6th grade.
- Sunday School programming for age 3 - 6th grade. Cross Walk Sunday (CWS) begins after worship, lasting from 10:20 until 11:20. CWS is organized by rotations, each rotation lasting 3 weeks and focusing on a particular Bible story. Students experience one of 9 different workshops each week: Peter's Theater (puppets), Peter's Theater (drama), Living Word (literature), Scripture Cinema (film), Good News Station WWJD (TV), Salvation Stadium (games), Cookin' with Jesus, Apostle's Art Studio, and Cornerstone Computer Lab. Children age 3 - Kindergarten visit a workshop for 20 minutes, attend music, and have homeroom each week. Children in grades 1 - 6 visit a workshop for 40 minites and attend music each week. Annual special events involving our CWS students include: Rally Day to kick off the year (September) Christmas Program (December) Mother's Day Program (May)
