Becoming a member of First Lutheran Church happens in one of three ways. A person automatically becomes a member of the parish by receiving the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. If the candidate has already been baptized she/he may gain membership by a letter of transfer from another Christian congregation or by affirmation of faith. The pastor will be happy to talk with you about any of these routes to membership.
