Project Group

The Tuesday morning Project Group meets every Tuesday morning from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. The group has 28 members that cut squares, assemble them, and sew lap robes, quilts, walker bags, floor pillows and mastectomy bags. We welcome anyone to join our group.

The following articles were made and donated this year:

· 132 lap robes for Pine Acres and DeKalb County Nursing Home
· 21 quilts for Nachusa Children's Home
· 25 walker bags
· 21 book bags for Lutheran World Relief
· 19 floor pillows for Nachusa Children's Home

We also made two quilts, two knitted scarves, and a floor pillow for the auction at the Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Center at Oregon.

The members of the congregation have made all of these donations possible through the donation of materials and supplies.
