On Sunday, October 12, 2003, from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM, First Lutheran Church was
blessed once again to have Bettie Hall share her talents with the congregation
and community. She had prepared several new pieces of framed originals. There
were no prints in this exhibit - all pieces are hand lettered with dip pen and
pigmented inks. The 90 new pieces, all framed, ranging in size from business
cards to 8x10's were all completed this year. Have you counted how many pieces
of her work are on display throughout the church? In addition, she has again
donated a portion of proceeds from the sale of her calligraphy to First Lutheran's
Community Fine Arts Series. Thank you Bettie.
