Give Sunday School a Try!

Offered Sundays at 10:15-11:10 am from September through May.

We believe children are a vital part of our church and that a firm foundation in Christ, built and formed in childhood, will influence them forever.

Where do we go?

Grades 1st through 6th meet in the downstairs Jungle room at 10:15 am. After several Worship and Praise songs the Children will be dismissed to their classrooms.

Children ages two-kindergarten meet downstairs in their classrooms at 10:15.

What do we learn?

Tiny Tots through Kindergarten meet downstairs at 10:15 for a puppet show and skit. This group then goes to their own music time and finally to their classrooms downstairs. Children are taught and discuss Bible stories. They are reinforced with skits, puppet shows, games and crafts that relate to each lesson.

1st through 4th Grades meet downstairs. These grades all meet together for a large group opening and then break up into smaller groups. This curriculum includes skits, puppet shows, activities, games and crafts to reinforce each lesson. Each week focuses discussion on how they can apply the Bible to their lives.

5th-6th grades meet upstairs. These grades meet together for a large group skit, or role play. Afterwards they break up into smaller groups for discussion, activities and games. All activities encourage 5th-6th graders to see how the Bible is relevant today, and can be applied to their lives. Recent topics have included: Making Great Friendships, Dealing with Cliques, Jesus isn't Santa Claus, and The 10 Commandments.

Visitors are welcome to come to Sunday School at any time. We hope you'll have fun, meet new people but most of all, we want you to learn all about God's love for us!
